Tel Aviv (12 March 2015): At its meeting in Tel Aviv (Israel) on 10 March 2015, the Standing Committee (SC) has unanimously agreed to recommend to the Governments of the Convention's 19 Contracting States to invite both Croatia and Serbia to join the Convention.
The recommendation is based on reports issued following the inspection of Serbia and Croatia on 10-11 November and 13-14 November 2014, respectively.
The recommendation will be officially transmitted to Governments by the Conventions' Depositary, the Swedish Ministry for Foreign Affairs.
